In another thread it was blue, is this a more powerful one? I never saw an explosion (tho I was flying around so I may have missed it)

Maybe blue= NC OS; and red=TR OS?

supposedly once the CR4-5 guy marks the target, a red beam is set there for all to see, then the actual beam comes down and you see some electricity shooting off of it etc then a giant circular explosion follows which I suppose looks something like a reaver rocket explosion on steroids. As for the beam color...I think it's always red, in that picture you saw it might have been a personal waypoint or something....

from what i understand thats a targeting beam. It marks the area to be hit and then theres a very large explosion. I would know, my outfit decided to run OX tests today, I was a voluntier lab rat.

The marker is red. What follows is actually a white/light blue color (beam of energy). Then, there's a big boom. La fin.
