Need some advice

I'm looking to upgrade, currently I'm running:

ECS K7S5A v3.0 Mobo
512MB Kingston PC2700 DDR 333mhz
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 266FSB
Western Digital 80GB HDD with 8MB Buffer
Chaintech Geforce 4 MX 440 64MB AGP 4X - Ouch, I know

As of now I'm getting 'stutters' in PS with every few steps with all details on low. I know I'm going to need another 512MB of ram because I see my HDD activity light blinking all the time when playing PS and opening doors and whatnot. It's not hurting too bad because the HDD is pretty quick.

I'm currently looking at:

ABIT NF7-S 2.0 Mobo
1GB GeIL PC2700 DDR 333mhz
Video Card - Stumped, I don't know what to get

However if anyone knows something cheaper, better, something they like more...please let me know. I'm not looking to spend a mad money on the upgrade either, thanks.

If your wanting the most bang for your buck, forget about upgrading the mb and ram. Get another 512 meg of PC2700 and the best video card you can afford. A 9800 Pro or 5900 are your top choices. You don't neccessarily need the 256 meg versions. The 128's perform very close to the 256'ers.
