Practice makes perfect

VR training is great, one of the things I learned IRL when doing an advanced driving course, where we had to push the cars to their limits, is find out how much it can do, find out what it cant do, then find out what situations you can and cant get out of.
Eg. Practice crashing, find out how it reacts to different crashes, against trees, walls, montains.

Find out how it reacts and handles, then adapt to its unique controls and limitations.

Hops that helps.

^^Yea what he said^^

Learn when its the correct time to bail - and where to bail

When you get shot up and theres no chance of survival you want to find a nice spot of trees so when you touch down you arnt in the open ready to get hit again. Also, watch where your plane is gonna fly - if its gonna fly into a friendly base with lots of friendlies in it - you might wanna change your bail spot, i did that once and got a lot lot lot of grief!!

Flying a reaver is tough. My only advice is to climb high when some is attack. If you stay low, you'll not only get attacked by the other Reavers above you, but by soldiers and turrets below you. Once above perform a figure eight as you decend to cover the area around you and spot enemies. You should practice, practice, practice. It's too bad the Virtual Simulator doesn't give you simulated enemies to fight. Good luck.

:badidea:

Would be a waste of time. It would take too much coding, also an AI (which this game doesn't have a single one) that would need to be made specifically for each type of vehicle, fighitng style, etc.

Try to limit your use of the Afterburners and save them until you get a missile lock so you can high tail it out of there...

I've heard the Audio Amplifier implant is very useful for Reaver pilots. I'm not sure if it's for enemy aircraft or infantry detection, but I'm sure someone will say which here.
