HP Bonus

Did anyone else notice that the supposed HP bonus for empires that are down in population doesn't seem to be doing anything?

Last night at 7am or so, TR had just over 50% of the population for an hour or so, and we were supposedly getting a 9% Max HP bonus, but.. this didn't seem to be doing anything.

It would be nice if there was an ETA on this, or at least an acknowledgement of error, if this isn't a fluke.

Only bug i've noticed is when there is a HP bonus goin on. Sometimes a guys life bar will read almost dead. But when you try to heal/repair them the applicator doesn't do anything. Then they say they're full at max armor and health. But they look like they could die from going down stairs.

On Emerald yesterday, I got a random world spawn message saying that VS had their max health increased 3 hp. Although my health still stayed at 100, and I never saw any numbers to say otherwise.

Yes! I have this exact same bug! I've found the only way to fix it is to shoot the person in question once. That resets their health bar.

On emerald VS had a large HP bonus but it only raised my HP by 1.
And I was the only one in the squad that got this bonus.
It did create the health bar bug. I fixed it by asking my squadmate to shoot me and i used adv. regen to get back to 100 HP but not surpassing it.

Yea it's bugged I betcha... I dunno, I guess I'm used to seeing bugged things from sony by now.
