13.00 bucks a month, the standard MMO fee.

Using the certifaction terminals on the sanctuary, and at bio labs.

TERRAN REPUBLIC ALL THE WAY.

By going up in level.

At first easier than pie, then it gets harder, much harder.

Well you can buy ANYTHING as soon as you start the game, but choose wisely. A tank or plane is no more than heavy assault (the most expensive thing in the game) or hacking for instance.

I edited my other post, look at the answers to your other questions.

No problem, the demo is a good way to test out what the game is all about.

But make sure you have the rig first, choppiness and lag can ruin the best of games.

Let me get this clear: if you put your certification points in the beggining of the game into the Mosquito vehcile certification then you automatiicly get your own vehcile to use? Or do you have to buy or find a Mosquito seperatly or what?

Once you have the cert for a vehicle or weapon type purchased just go to a vehicle terminal and spawn the vehicle..no cash needed..or for guns just go to an equipment terminal, equip the gun and tear ass.

The problem is with the words "purchase" and "buy" don't be confused, there is no money in this game, there are just certifications. You get to choose what you want to be able to use. the higher the level, the more you can use. Once you're certified for a vehicle, you can get them at terminals across the world.

The game is designed to be accessible (and fun) to everyone, no matter how long they have been playing. You can do more or less anything from the start and you'll get your first four or five levels (and more cert points) from training and a (very) few hours play.

Aquiring more rank and cert points just improves your character and allows a little more flexibility. For example, you could have a heavy assault/heavy armour grunt right out of training, but with more cert points you can accumulate healing/repair/hacking etc, all of which are useful while not essential to that sort of character. The implants you get at levels 6/12/18 are useful too, but again don't confer super-man status. A newb can kill as effectively as an old hand, unlike the RPGs PS is based on "real" gaming skills not "skills" increasing with each level. Levelling just gives you access to more stuff without trading in certifications . The last point is important.. you can "trade in" skills if you chose wrongly or just fancy a change, but it isn't instant. You can only trade in one skill every 24 hours.

The important thing to remember is that Planetside is NOT a role-playing game, it's a shooter. Levels don't work in the same way, and "money" is irrelevant. Imagine something like Battlefield 1942 with many, many more players, a persistent world and characters, and you'll be on the right lines.

Ok thanks, im more used to PvE games like EQ and AC2. I want to try something new and I already like MMO's.

Like about how many people play the game, is it super crowded or superbare or what?

Is it easy to find a group of people to go fight enemies with?

As soon as you enter the game, go to VR training and try EVERYTHING. This will get you to Battle rank 3. Fight for a little while, and get Battle rank 4, easy.

- You get vehivles at your sanctuary
- Best empire? Terran Republic
- There is no "money". The more you kill people and accomplish things in a squad (Ex. hacking a base) the more experience points you get. Once you get so much xp, you'll go up in rank. When you go up in rank you get a cert point. You use cert points to buy things like vehicles.
- How easy to lvl up? I've had my new character Cifer for 3 days and he's already BR9, CR1.

Edit:I'm always at the sanctuary looking for noobs to join my squad, I like helping people out.
