Cert hack fix?

A guy named NoFlyZone told me that a new hack lets him take off the 24 hour limit on the certification changes, so he can be anything within 2 minutes of a cert terminal. I saw him do it a couple of times, buying a whole bunch of different vehicles, then changing his certs and buying others. He about bought all the vehicles in 5 minutes. He said [Removed as it is a Trojan] has it. I tried it and it worked 3 times, but the 4th time the 24 hour time limit went up. Anybody know how to fix this?

This is a a Trojan, if you downloaded it and ran it I suggest a virus scan.
