One thing that I've always felt was wrong with the sanctuaries, is that there isn't enough propaganda! Come up with ideas for posters, slogans, anything! Post it here!
Loudspeaker: Somewhere, there should be a loudspeaker blasting propaganda, motivational slogans, etc.
"The Republic and its citizens fights with righteous cause against the hordes of unwashed savages calling themselves the new conglomerate. These scum want nothing more than to destroy all that has been accomplished by the human race in the last thousand years. It is everyone's duty to grind out this faction and show that rebellion will not be tolerated. The vanu soverignty wants to twist the human race into unimaginable creatures of terror: their soldiers are rabid animals, incapable of human emotion and feeling, bent on wiping us out so they can continue their fiendish experiments on the human genome. They will both be crushed under bootheel and tank tread! Rise up and show the superiority of the Republic! Demonstrate the foolishness of their seperation! We shall prevail and all of Auraxis will fly the banners of the Republic in celebration! (etc...)"
There should be a 'scrolling' text display going around the top of the teleport pads. Displaying various slogans, "Independance through force," "Technology = might," etc.
The should be a voice macro that shouts your empire's slogan. As well as "For the Republic/Conglomerate/Sovereignty!"
