VR shooting range damage

Has anyone noticed that the virtual reality shooting ranges damages are different than in the actually field. Take the mosquito for instance. I shot it down in 3 hits with a striker, but when I see a real one, and fire 3 times, it still keeps flying. Is it just that the VR ones are still and you get a direct hit or is it meant to try to trick you? I dunno.

Are you sure all of your rockets hit the Mosquito in the field? It should only take three, five for a Reaver.

just cause u fire at the mosq dosen't mean you will hit, where as in VR it is stationary.

mosquito has roughly 500 armor, striker does 200 armor dmg.

think about it..

Leads back to my ongoing point that the striker is for asshats.

NC have the Jackhammer as their asshat weapon

TR have the striker as their asshat weapon

VS have the beamer......umm wait, no somethings wrong here...

Don't worry, VS has plenty of asshats in the empire to compensate for the lack of asshat weapons (see above quote for example)

The Striker is stupid overpowered and the Prowler is WAY better than the Magrider. People dont like getting run over because it is effectivly a one shot kill in a game that doesnt have one shot kills. However, its a friken tank. Get out of the way, duh and if you dont see it coming, then you deserve it for not paying attention

Not really a very good argument there. If you (the driver) is lagging, then they can't really get out of the way because on their screen they are out of the way but you still see them as being plowed over so they get plowed over. Not to say that's wrong since it's the way the game works and it can work for you as much as against you, but dodging isn't alway an option.
