i've just installed planet side and patched it but when i click play a error message comes up saying : The D3D8.DLL file is linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL:UnlockCB.
and doesn't let me play and it's realy gettin me down as it's my first day with the game so i was wondering if anyone would be so kind to help me with this. any help will be gratefully taken. thx Last edited by Liam; 2003-07-19 at 05:05 PM. |

Both of those .dll files are associated with driectX. Go to Microsoft.com/directx and get the latest version of Direct X that's available. See if that helps.
