Saying Hello

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to say hello and I will enjoy planetside when it comes out. I know which empire I will support. Here is a little modified logo of it thru the use of my photoshop skills (not as advanced as other peoples skills but I do what I can )

Had to have the lens flare.

its a nice touch, I didn't want the Lens flare to take over the logo so I copyed the logo before lens flare, did a radial zoom on it, put the lense flare on the origional layer and adjusted the opacity and other things to get a spiffy modified logo with the effect of a lens flare in the backround.

Did I do ok with the Outlined Text??
or should I have gone with a solid text??

Oh well I'll do a solid Text tommorrow with a logo with some more spiffy stuff

I definately like the sig better with the more legible text. BTW, Civilian, I really like your sig. The noise effect+flare gives it a nice nightvision feel.
