Planetside update

I just got planetside a couple days ago installed it and such so I start updating and evrey thing downloads fine exept one thing so far, it starts downloading planetside.exe.gz I believe and gets almost done and freezes and comes up with an error that says "Error downloading planetside.exe: InternetReadFile() failed: 12002" I havent even played the game yet in 3 days since i got it, some one please help this occurs in the launch pad thingy

Return the discs and get new ones.

Yeah I also got the same error with uber.ubr_delta. How would i return them to get new discs, would i have to go back to where i baught them because i lost the recipt, or can i mail them in or somthing like that?

Yeah, I got new discs reinstalled and all that good stuff, and same thing happened again so if any one knows what I should do please help because this is making me so frustrated

Yeah not trying to anger any one or anything but please dont get into a long argument, your forgetting the main problom my PS isnt working and i would like help becuase i want to play it bad but I cant =(
