Lightning turret not, ehrm... Turreting?

Anybody else having this problem? The new rotate-a-full-360-degrees turret on the Lightning not, ah... Rotating?
Or am I just really missing something here?

Rotated for me. Use the keyboard to steer and mouse to look around.

Even managed to fight of a reaver with it - put the lightning on autopilot and span the turret 180 to ward of the reaver from the back.

I think you have to turn off "mouse steering"

Yes, mouse steering will disable the turret.
