Cycler and the Dual Cycler MAX

I've tried out the cycler and the dual cycler MAX but the problem I'm having is when I shoot the fire blast that comes out the front graphic takes up to much room. When ever I see an enemy I start shooting but once I start I become half blind from that little orange blast coming out the front. It's even worse when in a dual cycler MAX seeing as the arms take up half the screen and the cycler blasts take up the rest. Is this just my comp or can I turn down the graphics so that orange flash doesn't apper.

Or is it only something practice will fix.

1024x768 I'm also on low video quality to try and increase performance

i use that max all the time...besides the sniperrifle.....i dont have a prob with it. either get use to it, or u got bugged.

no, its no bug..hes rite ure jus gonna have 2 get used 2 it....i sold my Dual-Cycler MAX...couldnt take the damn inaccuracy of the thing....

yeah the maxs scattercannon, quasar, and dual cycler do seem to be less accurate. You would think a robotic arm would help accuarcy more then a human arm. I'll probably get the dual pounder config or just get another vechicle

i recommend the pounder...they say u get tons of xp and its hell on NC and VS....but if u want a vehicle try the reaver..its a beauty

pounder all the way man. but you got to have a love for grief points. i was on amerish holding an extremely hostile tower's cc. i was poundered and up the stairway, planted, facing one of the exits/entrances and just laying waste to all the van00bs that kept coming in the door. the place was swarming with these puprple people eaters. i had an engineer next to me fixing me up on a constant rate while i handed out the butt whoopin. however, with no friendlys in site..i was just sheeling the crap outts the door when i ended up with some grief points. screen flashed up a 350+ grief and that put me over the edge and into lock down. i scrolled up thru the kills and i killed 2 tr grunts. 350 grief points for that? bullshizzle i say. so just be very careful with the pounder!!

im pretty sure the max greif you get for taking out a full health grunt is 100...so youd have had to aced 3 of um and half dmged another if i have it right. Plus its not so bad of a greif machine if you dont just spray and pray ...you have to wait timm they kill the guy on your team and then pwn them all. Also its not a good idea to get a pounder unless your at a lvl where you can change to be another form of soldier if your greif starts pushing the limit

Does the particle effects setting reduce any of the muzzle flash? Might try turning that to low or off and see if that helps.

I know when we installed PS on a friend PC we had that same problem initially, but I can't remember what setting we changed to reduce it. I remember firing the Cycler on his PC for the first time and I was like "Damn I can't see crap from all the muzzle flash!"
