If you are going to get Planetside when it comes out, I'd get BF1942 instead of Neocron so you aren't paying monthly for two different games. Plus I'd rather pay money monthly for Planetside than Neocron.

i played in the neocron beta. i hunted rats in the sewer for 2 weeks with a friken knife and is till couldnt use even the simplest of projectile weapons (nailgun). It sucked

I've never played neocron, but I did play the BF1942 beta and it was alot of fun(and it was still singleplayer when I played). I would buy BF1942 for myself, but I prefer to play one game at a time.
