heh, I can see it now.....
"Sanctuary strike incoming! Prepare to man defenses!" "Ahhh shit, and I'm on my last board in Pac-Man." -----ten minutes later "The (insert enemy empire here) have completely wiped us out, why are you still playing that game?" "I found an extra quarter underneath the sofa seat."

Sentrosi......OMG.....LMAO.
Seriously, as for the things I do when I am waiting for the HART, I check my LO's and see if there is one that I can optimize or add/delete. Talk with buds on voice comm (unless we are having an op). I also take up the time by grabbing a Bas or my Lightning and practice driving through trees and/or over moutains. Ah, another idea that just came to me while typing was one could use the VR training area until the HART arrives. I would set your "alarm" feature for this one. You probably won't hear the arrival signal when in the VR area. I am not sure if you can or not....better safe than sorry. More ideas just came to me: 1. Take bio break 2. Grab something to eat/drink 3. Stretch (If you play more than a an hour or two....i know I play more than that ) 4. Do some quick chores (some dishes or trash) 5. Watch some TV Okay that's all I can think of for now. As you can see I like to try and multitask. You can get more done and still have fun. *edit* Opps...sorry for not staying on the subject of the thread. As for a lounge idea. That would be a clever feature. However, I would like them to work out all the bugs before they start adding on the "frilly" stuff. It does seem like they put the observation deck for a reason. I just don't see for what yet. It (the game) definitely has a lot of possibilites to be "modded" (new features to be added).

Either that, or the purpose of Sanc Strikes could be so you can break into the enemy's HART building and steal their Ms. Pacman machine. When they finally do find it tossed in a swamp on Hossin, they'll notice all their high scores have been replaced with obscene initials.

They should add them but they will probbaly have to something to do with the 3 empires like for a game in the vanu sanct they have a pack man like game but the things that try to eat u are terran and nc. And they will all be like that according to the empire using it. Maybe they could compare the scores wiht the other empires scores for LAN type challenges. At the begining of PS there was a VR trainer in a VR game. Now there is a Game inside a Game. My god, what will we think of next.

Remember the Devs promising we could see all the stuff on the webpage ingame? keep up with stats? watch the battle flow? Well why not add an internet term in the overvaction area =) i actualy got the idea from my beta testing on Earth and Beyond, WestWood gave us an internet explorer ingame for surfing in the bars =) Its a great idea and can eat up time, just make sure theres enough of them another idea: HIRE GAMESPY! they have a WHOLE collection in their "Classic Gaming" area |
