The game is a complete copyright violation and stealing of intellectual material from Tribes, but I don't care. As long as it works, I will be happy, I love Tribes, and this is basically Tribes on a larger scale! I think the underground gaming gurus should remember our beloved Tribes and refer to this game as TribesSide as a reminder of the game that spawned Planetside. I cannot wait for TribeSide!! So even if we were a copy of Tribes 2 (which we aren't...why would we do that when T2 already exists?), then there still would be no legality discussion at all. Even so, no designers involved in PlanetSide were involved in Tribes or Tribes 2. In fact, there is only myself and one programmer on this team that worked on ANY of the Tribes products.
