actually, I think everyone will say Basilisk, unless they have Ilfritration suit, then they myght say Wraith

Lol my first character I played with was an nc on markov and I got him the wraith cert even though I ahd reinforced and didn't have infil. I have no idea why I went for the atv without guns, still fun to drive though, just because of that I'll vote wraith, even though it makes no sense.

you can only run over 2 PPL with the basilisk, after the second one you nolonger have control

basilisk has roughly 350 armor, wraith has about 200.

basilisk also has guns.

basilisk = winnar.
