Need help w/ LLU

Ok, I logged onto the test server to try it out, but lo and behold, I have no fucking clue what to do. I notice some bases have little flag icons, and others have little clock ones, but that doesn't explain anything. I need a tutorial!

this dosnt answer you question but can some one tell me how to get to the test server? i read something about how to get to it but i forgot
