Question for any Outfit?

I just started a new outfit to give it a shot.. and I finally have 7 members! hehe, but yeah, how do I get a Decal? It's not avaliable for me yet.. is that because of the number in the roster, the outfit points..maybe I have to have the outfit last for some time... I don't know.. I figured somone would know here :-)

7 people? that means your outfit number went down, well, no matter, Good luck, its hard, untill you get like 20 recruiters, then you dont have to worry about your outfit population droping, as long as your not a asshole and on as much as possible
