Halo for PC is what I've been waiting for for the past 3 years.
It was going to be a PC only game until crapasoft decided to purchase bungie and make Halo Xbox only until 2 years down the road (AAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH). Anyway I'm thankful for that because playing halo is going to be sweeter than ever thanks to the delay. Better updated graphics for "Modern" computers, and a bunch of other things. Plus they took the time to up the difficuilty of Halo itself (it has something to do with Gamepads vs Keyboard and mouse, Keyboard and mouse would be able to mop the floor with xbox halo dificulty settings). Anyway here is the website for the PC version of Halo http://www.microsoft.com/games/halo/ what I really home is that the xbox physics are ported to the pc so I can dupliucate this test http://halo.bungie.org/misc/warthogjumpmirrors.html Last edited by Skullhead; 2003-08-17 at 08:24 PM. |

I might try it out for the PC (would never buy a Xbox for 1 game), but i never did 'get' Halo and why its such a big craze, although i only ever did play it once. We had 4 Xboxs hooked up (16 players) and after half an hour i was bored out of my mind.
I ended up seeing how many times i could jump over a tank in the hover-bikes before it got me. That was fun for a bit. |
