strange glitch

When I fire my Bolt Driver at someone who is standing still, they often move in the last possible second before the bullet hits them. It has happened far to many times to me to be coincidence. Is anyone else getting this?

yea I've seen it too...If someone is REALLY lucky they'll move and avoid the bolt at the last second. thats why its important to lead your targets

I believe they are using Jedi mind tricks on you

been a sniper, so I know the timing, and will step to the side just before I think they will fire . MMmm I'd say about 9 out of 10 times, they miss

I've seen it often to. Targets that dont even know i'm scoping them will just "happen" to move to the left or right just after the round is about to hit them. Part of it I think may be myself laggin thats about all I can really figure out. I just off set my aim a bit in the opposite direction I feel my target is joing to "jump" so as I still hit them may not be direct but it does the trick.
