Connecting failure

When i click the desktop icon of planetside it goes to a little screen of the SOE banner and says loading then after about 10 seconds it switchs to connecting then 3 minutes later i get this error message that says"Launch Pad could not connect to network at this time please try again later" so I come back and do it again 5 mnutes later and does the same thing and everytime I try to connect it says that. What should I do?

Shut off your PC, and wait a while. Go do something. Come back and try again. If that doesn't work, you might have to reinstall it.
