I think we have tracked down the source of our DNS problems.

Multiple sources actually, from hosed NS records to stupid register.com - anyway hopefully we have tracked it down and it will work itself out over the next several days

Knollsoft's DNS was fucked for a week or so and no one was able to get there. They had to manually fix it or something.

I suspect this has been a major reason why things have been getting slow around here. There were a bunch of problems that all rolled up to create one huge problem. It sucks

BTW, this is also affecting the AGN portion of the site. You may manually get there using http://www.planetside-universe.com/agn , although not all of the links will work.

Damn, I still can't get on from home. Yes I have Comcast and yes I'm on the west coast.

I couldn't figure out why my ftp connection to our outfit site wouldn't go through...this is it.

Any word from anyone else?

I'm getting tired of comcast, I am going to call tehm today and demand a real human being tech, not some dumb fuck who doesent even know what DNS is
