New player type question

I've only played the game once so where in a facility might I find the Control Console? Since the facilities all look the same I figured it's probably in the same place in each one.

Oh and where is the silo for storage of NTU's? Is it the large dome shaped structure in the center throwing off little energy type emissions?

A nice general rule I heard was amp altitude tech top, with everything else on the bottom floor, if you can remember that your good to go, because once you get to the right floor you can see it on your minimap, don't ask me what the icon looks like, it's one of those things i know but i don't know, if you can understand that.

The NTU Silo's are the tubes in the courtyard with the blinking light on top and a colored bar in the middle that changes between red yellow and green depending on NTU status.

Edit: Here is the link to the maps of the bases. The legend is at the bottom, the maps should be accurate, but the written info is a tossup on whether it's still in date.

only are the Amp and Tech bases are the control consoles up top, the rest are down the bottom

Detailed schematics of all of the diffrent facilites. This will tell you were the CC is vech spawn points, spawn room, medical area ect.
