Funny thing

Hey all,
a funny thing happened to me the other night when I was playing as usual. I was in a vanguard close to Itan base when I came close to a tower near the water. Suddenly I got hit by a decimator followed by several VS anti vehicle shots. My vanguard stopped responding so I got out. I came under fire almost at once by a VS lasher and she got me down to maybe 20 hp and 15 armor. I scrambled as fast as I could down to the water to repair and heal. The VS lasher kept firing but the lasher can't penetrate water so I got up to full health and armor thanx to my regen implant and engineer cert. I also had no offensive weapons on me so I thought "what the heck" and pulled out my knife as she came into the water with her knife out. I put it to full damage mode and swinged at her, and to my utter surprise I killed her in two swings while she didnt hit me once.

Very interesting, and I got a newfound respect for the knife as a weapon

Knife is deadly even w/o melee booster. I had tons of knife kills as infil with just surge and darklight.

I love the knife. if i come across some1 with their back to me, even if im not in infil suit i take out my knife. I have obsessions.

snipers are the most fun to kill with knives. I hit em maybe twice then they turn around to see what the hell is hitting them, then I stab them again. heh heh heh. maybe he should use audio AMP next time.

One time I was driving my AMS up a really steep hill and after I was almost up there I saw shots being fired so I got out of the AMS and went up the hill on foot to see if it was safe to come with my AMS or if I should deploy it. There was a huge fight at the bottom of the hill on the other side of the place I put my AMS. But on the hill close to a tree there was one TR sniper. First I thought I'll shoot him with my JackHammer and he'll die before he knows what's happening, but then I thought what about trying to knife him so I got behind him and when I was really close put on my meele booster and right when I did that he got up took his sniper scope off and saw me. He was wearing a Reinforced ExoSuit so he got another weapon out and I got my JackHammer out and the fight was over pretty soon I got him fast but I was pretty low on health. But I went and deployed my AMS on the hill and a lot of people started to spawn at it.
