Air Warfare?!?

Seems like ppl are saying gonna be too many pilots snipers etc. Well what if there are a HELLA lot of pilots? Cant we have mass air battles as well?
(As far as snipers, dunno, I'd have my platoon camp around the enemy base in a circle pattern, and pick off ppl)

There'll be an abundance of snipers and Reavers/Mosquitos, I'm sure. People like the mobility of aircraft, and they like the massive damage capability while in near total safety of a sniper (not to mention the "leet" factor associated with sniping).

I'd rather see massive ground battles but it looks like most people prefer the aerial vehicles. Is there any anti-air vehicle like a mobile flak or mobile AA missile launcher? Cos I haven't seen one yet...

Not that ive seen, but u can always point those Hull mounted MG's up. looks like u can just about push a 55 degree angle on the hull turret.

The way I see it...

I think air vehicles and snipers would be more for recon purposes. See how many people are holding a base, what kind of equipment they have, and relaying that message back to your command.

Air is going to be a major necessity expecially for the weaker tanks. The Vanu might be needing a few more Reavers than the NC..

If someone is a realy good shot with the main guns on the Vangaurd or prowler, who needs anti-air?

I would love to see a mosquitoe or reaver hit by a Vangaurd's main cannon.

Reminds me of a tank in BF1942 shooting enemy aircraft out of the sky with its main gun.
