Cant login?

just started planetside and it told me that i DONT have a subscription!
but i have it! whats wrong?

if the problem persists, either try restarting your PC, if it still says it, then it could be that the login server is down (hurrah, and we pay cash each month for these things to work!!)

restarted nothing....auth server down? is that possible? how other are playing?

I'm not sure,

but if you think about the number of players (remember station covers many other SOE MMO's as well, then it's quite likely that there is more than one login server, which would mean that many people can still be online if only one goes down, it's just unlucky that you've been left out in the cold...

It's happened to me before, and it's really annoying when you chat to one of your friends and they're blasting away, but you can't even login!

pressed button Subscribe that appeared in the error window and its said: You TRIAL subscription expired......

Call up the dreaded 'Tech Support', and ask them whats up.

Have your account number handy, and be ready to answer a barrage of prying questions before they ask what your issue is.

That of course, is after you get off hold for an hour.
