Yes. Not a joke.
We were entering our grandpa's apartment (retirement village) when we saw these two cats and a kitten to the right of parking. The kitten had both eyes infected and appeared to be blind. Flies were picking at it. There was a film of yellow plaque on its eyes, similar to what happens to those who don't brush their teeth. The thing's black-and-gold haired. We took it from there. It was most likely a stray, and if it had an owner, someone obviously dosen't care. We took it home. We were unsure, but WWSD (What Would Sputty Do) came into my head, and I decided (and the rest agreed) that it should be taken home. Upon closer examination, we belive it's right eye is pretty much gone, and the left eye is in bad shape but saveable. This was a weekend, so the vet's offices were closed. Both my parents are doctors, and we have some eye drops and saline solution, and we gave it some to the eyes. It is improving- the left eye just lost a lot of plaque. We took it to the vet, and he determined that it was dehydrated, so we saved it. We'll return it when it is healthier.

The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

BTW this does not affect my neutral bias in the Kitten/Spoon war. Even Jaged would have done the same...
I am of a third faction, soon to be revealed when the time is right...

i srewed kittens and spoons like a month ago, i'm starting the lizard lovers (but not gekos(sp) cause they are in aliance with kittens).
see thats the sharp shooter kitten that will soon kill you as you walk out your door. Kittens are too strong, and spoons are to weapon like (you could fling peanutbutter at people). Last edited by BUGGERGHOT; 2003-09-16 at 11:25 PM. |
