I don't think any of the weopons are overpower'd. If I ever see the bloody things I just snipe 'em out at a range they can't compete with.. NONE of the HA weps can compete with ANY other rifle for range, so just kill 'em off with your empire's MA or something. Also, EVERY empire has a shoty. Its called the sweeper, and its just as powerful as the JH in primary position and fire FASTER! so you can stop yer whining and go kill things now.
