When forming a platoon, is someone/can someone be designated as a "platoon leader", and if so, is that person still in his squad?
Or is that person a 'seperate' commander that's specifically just managing the fight/squads from the 'outside' (doesnt have to worry about bullets firing at him--unless he wants to be close)... just asking =p |

Nah, hamma's great admin! I mean, his posts would make Shakespeare weep with joy! The man radiates brilliance! Not that I'm trying to get a custom title above my avatar... tho I wouldn't mind.

Hmm, I'd probably say that the person is either in their original squad, or they can form a 'command squad'. Actually forming a command squad would be a pretty cool option. You could put some heavy hitters in there to act as the reserve. Take it wherever the fight got hottest.

Hammster, as I understand it (and I could be wrong), the amount of BEP doesn't change for a given kill, no matter how many people there are in your squad (also getting the same BEP). I don't think platoon sharing will be any different.
And if there's to be sharing of BEP and CEP across platoons as well as squads, theres no reason NOT to form a full platoon at every oportunity. The more people you've got killing and capping with you, the more EP you'll get (of whatever variety). |
