I personally hate my job, but deep down I know I shouldn't. I sit in an office for 9 hours and surf the interweb. I occasionally assist the less fortunate customers here once or twice a day, but that usually won't eat up more than an hour total.
I'm salary with full benefits plus retirement. They even help pay for my pad on the beach. What sucks? No room for advancement. This is what I'll be doing in 16 years if I stay here. I can't imagine the boredom. I already saw that 'You've reached the end of the Internet sign'... 3 months ago. |

I am a Independant Studying student. Which in layman's terms means i spend 4 hours doing shool work per day from home and whore the internet from home the rest of the day. I do this because i get double the unit credit, and i could really use it, i'd like to have the opportunity to do some cool stuff my senior year.

compared to others I've had, yeah. the job I have right now is pretty good. dont have to wear a suit n tie like my last 4 jobs, pay is more than I've ever made before..altho still not as much as I could want..but then that goes for any job.. the people are all pretty decent for the most part, altho my last job had alot more mini-skirts, long legs and store bought tits than this one.
no politics, no yearly reviews, very decent benefits and retirement and since its bascially working for the city/state/county gov entities, its not like they're going to move the whole shee-bang to another state (like my last job). all in all....yeah, I like it. could be better, but could be a hell of alot worse too
