Damit way wont they fix the dam test server or let out the new patch so ppl can get on and not see (Client server does not mach repatch)

I don't think many people are though. I haven't seen more than 2 people on each empire on at a time.

i just singed up to be an actor and i wana start filming and iv herd that on the test server you start as lv 10

They are preparing the test server for core combat beta.

Not sure about CC, they have to test the new balance patch first.

They may, but when you bring up the test server, the thing where you apply for core combat is there where the patch notes usually are.
