More than likely they're continuing with the Vanu-centric theme of the package art so people recognize it. And that is one pissed-off looking Vanu (seeing as how he's holding a Lasher, I'm scawed.

good on getting one with any other empire on it, they've favoured vanu from the start, just take a good look at the first box... theres vanu on it

Expansions need expansion CD keys to work. You'd need to get a valid key to upgrade your PS account to recognize the expansion software, whether you dl the software or get it legitimately.

I think he means by the SOE download from station.com. Last I heard they were offering it off store shelves and by download.
