They will, almost certainly, i doubt you have anything to worry about. All of the previous dev interviews and major broadcasts are downloadable, no reason this should be any different.

Yes, no worries. PSU ALWAYS ALWAYS puts up recordings of their interviews. Go into the downloads>AGN section of the site to hear past dev interviews (a bit old but still fun to listen to.)
