See the "User CP" thingie? Click on that, and there's a section entitled "avatar."

If you mean WHERE to get an avatar from... yikes. Look around. There's lot of publicly available ones, or you could make your own (for instance, mine is a sprite animation from Seiken Densetsu 3.) If you're somewhat incompetent in that regard, I bet someone'll make one for you if you ask really really nicely.
