How to change Credit Card info?

When you log into PS there is a button for billing....

And it doesnt let me change the CC info :|

Through the SOE's site prolly then.

Nada tried it, GD soe newbies, they dont let you change your birthdate either

The billing system is acting screwy anyway. I've been trying re-subscribe to PS and update billing info all day. I get errors through the launchpad and the SOE website doesn't allow me to proceed past the Subscribe botton.
