I've always thought it was odd to practically force us to group and then leave one of the most group-oriented classes in the cold for so long. I know some people swear by advanced medic, but the simple fact is most don't. I get healed by a kind medic once in a while, but 99% of the time I'm dead before I can even think of healing. Also, I haven't been resurrected more than four times in all these months. I look for the medics announcing their presence, but it seems pretty rare nowadays.
My idea was that the Medical Applicator could instantly activate the target's implants (even the wielder) and heal stamina. Also, stimpacks (which are rumored to be in the works) would be cool. If someone is going to take away from their own lethality to help their comrades, I think the devs should err on the side of indulgence as far as making them as attractive as possible to squads. A problem is the healthkit. It's an instant 25 life that can be used even while you're carrying a heavy assault weapon. How good is that? Sheesh, it's great. You can last that extra split second to win a fight, or give it to a friend. Seems like a much better option than dropping 3 to 5 creds on Medical. I say the health from the medkits should be granted over time instead of instantly. Popping healthkits while fighting doesn't seem very realistic or balanced, especially since a certified medic can't get away with it. As it is now, other than a few people spamming 'I need a Medic!' there is little call for squad medics.

I think all they need to add is a little button next to the big button that lets you flag yourself and tells every one who is an Adv. Med and has their applicator out that you actually want a revive, so medics know when they run to you, you didn't just die and use the opportunity to go afk or something, then you release just before they get to ya.

It just wouldn't feel right without my Adv. Medical but so many other people are getting it in my outfit and I haven't rezzed anyone for awhile so i might just drop it and get a Sund or Maurader for my outfit.

When you die Adv Medics appear on the screen as crosses. I once died in a base battle, we finally stormed in and got the upper hand, unfortunetly some infil with his boomers got me at a doorway. So I wait, and wait, I see at least 3 crosses on the screen and I wait. Mind you the base is finally under control... Fianlly one of the medics get my way. Maybe much like I can see crosses, adv medics should be able to toggle on and off friendly deaths, a nice skull and crossbones. Just a thought.

I just want a way to make people stand still when i'm healing/repairing them. Nothing is more annoying then chasing those idiots who spam for a medic, with half a hit point left, and who refuse to stand still, it's getting to the point that i just want to shoot them.

What would fix it all would be if the crosses showed up if you have the gun in a pistol slot, not nessicerlly (yes...spelt wrong..) in your hand.
In the feeback forum everyone wanted them like this and then they put the current live version on test, and then everyone is like "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO while you have the gun not when you have it out!11!" and they put the current version live :/

I think they should force people to spend 7 seconds lying on the ground before they can spawn, this would give them time to realise that an adv med is right near them. Then just decrease all the spawn timers by 7 seconds. And perhaps a big fuck off red cross appears on their screen when they start getting healed.
