Mines on air towers = good exploding fun

I discovered that you can place mines on the landing pads of airtowers now. Before the patch that wasn't allowed. If you place them just right you can place two mines per pad. Do this on an enemy controlled tower that you know is being used for resupplies and vehicle repair. Any Mosquito or Reaver trying to land or repair will get blown sky high if he is already damaged. I blow up low flying Moquitos and Reavers with mines all the time by placing them on walls and towers.

I love my Combat Engi cert! I think it is by far the most useful Cert in the game for anyone who wants to be a grunt.

I thought the same thing when I discovered it Hamma. I can just imagine the cursing after some guy tries to use a friendly tower I just mined.

This is why I never hover low over air pads to repair/rearm and always do a close inspection before landing if I'm going to do a land and repair with my glue gun as well as the air pad

I love doin' this. I also like placin mines on the entrances of vecs, inf hacks it and BOOM. I'll also place a mine and drive over it w/ my ATV. hacker hacks it and BOOM!

Hackin' stinks so long as you got a REK, you're fine. CE should be a required cert. I LOVE leaving nasty little suprises for people. or randomly setting off boomers I have placed in bases and left for enemy zergs. Its hilarious. You can imagine the zerglings goin' 'CLOAKED ENEMY DETECTED' after diin'
