Lemme get this strait before i go in game....

I dont have CC yet, nor have i played PS since the middle of this month because I was grounded. And just last night somewhere at 5 the game finished updating (i got 56k) and my mom turned off the computer.

Now I played in training and noticed most of the new things because of CC (Geo Warps and the new map thing). Now I kow that I can't go into the caverns but i can run through the gate and dance in te middle. Now if i go online, i bet the modules, vehicles, and weapons will be in play.

Heres the base of my question(s), will i be able to physicaly use them, get killed by them? As in the shield thing that blocks vehicles, will i not be able to drive through it? Would the other modules also effect me is some way? And I bet i couldn't drive the new vehicles, but could i gun in one? And the new weapons, could i pick one up and use it?


Yep, being grounded makes me old, i need to know wts is going on when i get on.

Ok there are a few things that happen 1. u cant drive any of the CC veh (only in VR if u dont have it yet)
2. all modules work for non CC users

ok, ill be more specific. no u cant use weapons, or even laze for a flail (which pisses alot of people off). Yes you can and will be killed by them. The modules are universal, they effect everyone, but you cant pick up a dropped one, nor can you go to the caverns to get one. also, the new vech. are all 1 pilot. the router however (telepad) you can warp into.

Not having CC prevents you from using the weapons and vehicles that CC introduced. (Although you can still go through a router) All the modules still effect you though. The health module will give you more health and regenerate it. The shield module will prevent you from shooting/bringing a vehicle in an enemy base.

I thought before CC came out they said u could use weapons just not go into caverns.

I was so dissapointed not being able to use the laze pointer. I have a br10 infil char and I was looking forward to calling down the heavy artillery on tower/ams. The same with the router. I wanted to be able to bring the zerg down on a tower from the top (deploy the router pad on the top of a tower).

Yes, i was under the assumption of that too...I got really pissed when i dropped my max for ATV, just so i could use the switchblade and i couldnt! I thought that as long as the module was brought up and installed by someone with CC, you could use the weapons and vehs at that base @_@ FEH, didnt they say that? or am i mistaken?
