I'm curious as to how a vehicle's trunk is going to be stocked. For instance, will you be able to set custom trunk loadouts, similar to your respawn loadout preferences, or will you have to load the trunk like you have to in Operation Flashpoint: put weapon/ammo in trunk, run to next item, pick up, run to vehicle, load trunk, and repeat this until the trunk is full?
Also, this raises another issue, if the second method of trunk stocking is implemented, how will I get AT weapons into my trunk if I'm not certified for it. Will I have to get my friend, who has the AT certs, to go to the inventory terminal and pick up the weapons, then run out to my waiting Harasser to load it? If I have asked a question which has been answered in another post/FAQ please direct me to it, and I will consider myself enlightened Last edited by Yabsa 4; 2003-01-17 at 08:20 PM. |

Someone with a cert for the specific weapon would have to place it in your trunk. There is not a ton of space, but when you open a trunk an inventory screen pops up that lets you drag and drop items in it. Similar to when your stocking up your inventory.

Would be cool if you can hit the stuff in the trunks. Imagine a TR loading tons of nades and rockets in the trunk of his buggy planing on doing some serious damage on a base only to get hit by one of my plasma shots that ignits it all and BOOOM!!
