but to let the system manage the size, but if you have 2 hd's put it on the HD that doen not have the PS directory in it. Better preformance that way, even better if its one a seperate channel(not on the same IDE cable)

why not? raid is good if you have two new drives of the same size and stuff becuase it offeres twice(theoreticaly) the preformance. and new mobo's come with build in raid functions alot

Yeah I plan on getting the A7N8X DX mobo. That comes with a built in SATA RAID controller for I think RAID 0 and 0+1. Hopefully I can eventually get an additional drive to store windows system files and page file on it so it wont interfere with my raid performance.

i wan't to find a Parallel to SATA converter but they cost to much, and i would need 2 of them. or better yet 2 WD raptor 10,000 rpm hd's in a raid 1 config, best hd preformance on the market. besides Scuzy witch is uber expensive
