Heres a hint, the manager isnt going to have the power to authorize a refund either, it's called a company poilicy, the policy of making money. However it's going to give them something to laugh about in the breakfroom for a while.

The CSR's job is to calm you down and keep you from speaking with a manager (and most likely wasting the manager's time). I commend you for your faith, but it ain't happening. There is a piece of software on your machine that you've paid for. You and others are currently disappointed in having dropped 30 bucks on it (not everybody, but some people are disappointed). If they refund you, they pretty much open themselves up to being forced to refund everybody who states they are not happy with the expansion. Contrary to other reports, Sony is not in the business of losing money. You are wasting your time trying to prove otherwise.
Let the buyer beware. |

This is why I don't like giving US companies money, they are all arseholes. Here in the UK you can return a game no questions asked. The fact that they are favouring income over customer satisfaction suggests to me they're having financial difficulties (not as a company, as a venture.) Publishers are such wankers...

As someone who sells software and has bought a defective DVD.
Across the board, companies will not give you money back for an open software or media package. If you bought it on-line I would assume that would count as open. Suck it up. it's $30.
