Emerald VS outfit looking for merger

I will post this in the recruitment forums aswell, but our outfit [LD.] might be looking for a future merger, we are unsure yet but our decision will be made in the near future, after our outfit meeting. but in the meantime send us some feedback on your outfit and you may be considered, but remember a merger is not just haveing a bunch of free members... this is very serious. so take that into concideration also, tell us about what your outfit is all about and any other additional information, right now we are a small organized outfit that tries to basically stay away from the zerg etc. and doesent get too serious about the game but saves the fooling around for after we have locked conts or are waiting for big base hacks etc.
-EDIT- also i wanna add we are mainly looking for a small organized outfit, such as ahriman for example. and there is no "ok u guys can get in but the rest of you cant"
