Check out NOFX, then. I recommend "Anarchy Camp" and "Franco Un-American." The latter isn't very ska, but still good. Oh, and don't forget The Clash. They were original punk.
 And while not very ska-like, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes are always a good listen.
