WANTED: PS Account Number

I've downloaded the 7 Day Trial and I must admit - I underestimated the game. Now, I would like to purchase an account key and continue playing. Is it possible that I purchase a account key from someone and not buy the retail box ?

Anyone, selling an account key ?

I doubt anyone would sell another person an account key. Don't bother trying.

LOL - Well, There's a thread on the official PS forum - a few peoples leaving. I can't post a "wanted" ad there because - Im just on 7 day trial

The trial download is a full version right ? Can I just use a retail box account number and play ?

Yeah it's the full version. But I wouldn't go posting on the official PS forum, people there don't seem to be particuarly nice.

But after reading on different forums - everyone seems to 'hate' CC. Is there -nothing- good about it at all ?

Yeah CC sucks, don't even have it myself though. It just sounds like it's a large patch.

First off thats illegal, second I dont think it would work. The game you have in the 7 day trial probly degrates itself to prevent ppl from using it after that. (deletes a key file)

Id like to ask: Why would it be illegal ? Im just buying off an account key. Its like second hand PS. When I played Ultima Online it was a second hand account as well.

1) All account keys are 1 use only, to stop exactly this from happening.
2) its illegal because your not buying from SOE but from some random person who doesnt have the right to sell it (even if they could)

Just go out and buy the boxed set i really dont understand why people dont want to. i mean, its quicker to have the disks as a backup rather than re downloading if/when you have a probleme.

In short. BUY THE BLOODY DISKS.

You can resell things that you bought, you just cant reproduce them or modify them. Like if I buy music CD I can sell it for $5. But when I reproduce it and sell it thats when theres trouble. Only dealy is if they have a clause in the EULA that states that.

Its against the ULA you click "I agree" on to play. If you buy the retail game you still get to keep your characters you've created. you just use the key from the retail box and log in with your current account and they will be there.
