Signed and bought the Expansion but cant use any of the ancient techs anywhere i try to pick em up. is there something i missed?

You need to have the equivilant cert for it..

well i have medium and heavy cert.s that means there whould be 2 ancient tech weaps for me .. but it says i cant access these weapon at this terminal or something similar

When you go into the PS launcher does it say "One expansion enabled" at the bototm right?

yeah .. going to check again now b/c im not 100% sure

Your base needs to have a vehicle/weapon module OR you need to be in the cavern.
