Little help on helping others.

Latly on IRC ive been getting guests that come in and ask how to fix the whole disconect after 30 min of play. Someone wanna help and show us how its done so I can refer them somewhere?

PSU Admin

Its mostly their router, it needs to be updated. Other than that its probably their firewall.. the best bet is to point them to SOE's support site.
