Metal Gear Solid 3. Quite possible the coolest looking game ever. I'm not a fan of the series, in fact i could care less about it, but omg!! if you havent seen the 12 minute trailer your in for quite a treat.

yea. i agree, i dont even like SoL, but i didnt even buy MGS untill it was like 10 bucks. but this MGS3 looks good.

MGS2 had good gameplay, and the tanker level owned, but after that it became pure suck, and MGS is one of my favourite games evber(which is why Im excited about the GC redo).
I'm not sure why it's called MGS3(as there are alot of MG games) but I'm looking forward to it greatly

And well...Hideo Kojima is a sneaky bastard, so I doubt the actual game will be set fully in the jungle. Plus, that would be the suck.

I just watched the video. And all I can say is that it was too cheesy for it's own good. Those dumb one liners at the end, and how he was eating the snake, that was pretty dumb. Also, those exclamation marks are plain stupid. Maybe if the game was made for the PC it would have been cooler. Also, Konami, when you port this next game, include mouse support, for the love of god.

ok then first of all the ! are classic to MGS games. the one liners were cheesy but Konami did that on purpose for the video. they always like to add humor when they do videos like that...and eating animals is mandatory if you dont eat em ur aim gets screwy and other stuff starts happening to you... just what I know about the game/Konami/etc.

Very interesting trailer style. The lack of immediate direction, "camoflage index" and need to survive should give the game amazing depth. Great ending too...

The exclamation marks have always been there... get used to it... the trailer was made for E3 so... *cough* yea it's made to give the release date approximatively (sp?).
