Probably but they'd be on Werner And They are on the Opposite side of the Planet so the Time Difference must be a pain in the ass

I am an American who is currently living in South Korea and I have been playing for the last few months on the Emerald Server. The ping is not too bad, about 200-300 most of the time with a DSL connection. I play during the evenings during the week and on the weekends I play in the mornings and early afternoon which is peak time. My outfit has a specified outfit night on Friday which is Saturday for me so it all works out.

There are more than you think that play PS overseas. I am stationed in Japan and play over my DSL (200-300 ping on Emerald). Since our Base Exchange/Post Exchange stores carry planetside, there are lots of folks who play. I am aware of at least 10 dudes in my area alone. Wish we had ping < 100, but it really doesn't affect the quality of our play. I doubt the middle east has many players (at least US Military), since those who are stationed there usually live on post (with their internet access strictly controlled by the U.S. Military).
