Why does this pic do this?

Does anyone know the actual reason why in the hell you can not focus on this picture!? If you zoom way in you will see there is nothing special about it.

I still don't get it. I see two sets of eyes, and two mouths. Nothing special, perfectly focused... is it not supposed to be?

At a certain distance you automaticaly try to focus in on certain parts of someones face. And with this pic you cant focus in on whre you want to becuase there is more than one of those spots!
